I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (#16454), adult educator, curriculum designer, and Director of Education for a prominent massage school in Oregon.

Effective massage therapy begins with presence, listening, and care.

I provide integrative massage with a treatment-oriented approach. This means I focus on your treatment goals – be it pain relief, nervous system healing, range of motion improvement, performance optimization, etc.

In our session, I will incorporate multiple modalities. These may include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Gua Sha, silicone cupping, hot stones, hydrotherapy (hot/cold), assisted stretching, and pre/post-natal massage.

I received my massage therapy training through the Oregon School of Massage and Lane Community College. I have also completed continuing education studies in Tul’ix Indigenous Arts (formerly the Arvigo Institute), Yamuna Body Rolling, and Integrative Bodywork. In October 2026, I will complete Manual Lymph Drainage training and certification through Klose Training.

I also hold my MA.Ed. in Postsecondary, Adult and Continuing Education through Portland State University and my B.A. in Planning, Public Policy & Management from the University of Oregon.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting new places in the Pacific Northwest, cooking, creative writing, gardening, and prioritizing my health and wellbeing.
